Note: You may choose a different case study student than the one you used during the Head and Heart Conference, but you will need to complete the All Belong Three-Step Process again for that student.

Completed Head and Heart case study forms for one self-selected student (rating scales and See, Think, Do forms)

A completed student demystification planning form and a demystification session with the student, verified by a school administrator

A one-page written reflection on how you will use this training to support student flourishing and your next action steps
